Circa was born from a simple observation: the demolition and junk removal industry treats everything as waste. But most of what gets hauled to a landfill still has value — hardwood floors, copper piping, vintage fixtures, structural lumber.
Andrew Costa spent years running crews on job sites across Greater Boston, watching perfectly good materials get tossed into dumpsters. He knew there was a better way. Partnering with Marc Savatsky — whose real estate network through Choose Boston Brokerage provides a steady pipeline of renovation and cleanout projects — they built Circa to be different from day one.
